If you're selling and buying at the same time, we can also discuss the lending considerations and options that may be available for your situation.
Refinance
Your current loan doesn't necessarily need to be your forever loan.
We can review your existing lending and help you explore whether there may be a more suitable option based on your current circumstances and goals.
That might mean reviewing your rate, loan features or structure, consolidating eligible debts, or simply checking whether your existing loan is still doing what you need it to do.
And sometimes the answer may be staying exactly where you are. A review doesn't mean you have to refinance.
